What You’ll Learn

- Clean, inspect, and better understand kitchen grease exhaust systems
- Maintain your cleaning equipment to maximize efficiency
- Install access panels, hinge kits, and rooftop grease containment systems
- Successfully sell and market in this service field
- Build strong working relationships with local fire departments and inspectors
- Maintain accurate records that help reduce liability and increase the value of your business
- Deal with wastewater issues and demonstrations related to the Clean Water Act and EPA requirements
