The Process

Step 1

Fill out required forms and send them to us along with a current copy of General Liability Insurance (Min. $1 million), a copy of an after-service report, and the payment of the recertification fee of $369 USD.
Step 2

Upon approval of your recertification, we will grant you access to test at your local testing center (tests are scheduled at least 2 weeks out).
Step 3

We are immediately notified with test scores, if score is of passing standards, we will mail out your certificate. If score is not of passing standard, we will notify you.
