Proctor Testing
We offer proctor testing services. To book a test period please follow the instructions below.

FormsFill out required forms and send them to us along with a current copy of General Liability Insurance (Min. $1 million), a copy of an after-service report.

Taking the TestUpon approval of your recertification, we will grant you access to test at your local testing center (tests are scheduled at least 2 weeks out).

ResultsWe are immediately notified with test scores, if score is of passing standards, we will mail out your certificate. If score is not of passing standard, we will notify you.

Download the appropriate form. Fill out the form online and save it to your computer.
Step 2
After booking a time you may upload your forms to us. Use the form below or email them to info@powerwashacademy.com
